		<description>This is a brilliant design.  It seems to me that the story, as told in the video, is missing a possible opportunity to develop a water delivery industry.  If Grameen bank can use microcredit to enable cell phone owners to become micro-telcos in Bangladesh, then perhaps these tricycles can be used by micro-entrepreneurs to deliver water.</description>
