Some years ago I wrote something very similar, which pointed to the fact that companies want to innovate, yet when they hire executives they look for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. What this told me is that they are not really behind innovation, but they are more focused on copying what their competitors do. 
Moreover, Executive Search Firms normally will go to their client&#039;s competition to look for candidates...</description>
