InnovationLabs was established in 2001. The four founding partners began working together as early as 1988. From its inception, InnovationLabs was designed to be a network organization, with a large team of associates and business partners located all over the world. Currently our network includes of dozens of people located in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. For each engagement, we bring together the right team of people and custom design the work flow and the client experience so that we discover and implement the best solutions for each situation.

Bryan Coffman
Bryan has designed and facilitated hundreds of collaborative events focusing on strategy formation, organizational transformation, new product ideation and development, and innovation. Michael Kaufman
Michael is an internationally recognized facilitator, consultant, and experiential educator, focusing on strategy formation, complex problem solving, innovative product and service design, and organizational transformation. His approach to facilitation combines twenty years of experience including the best of Accelerated Learning, the Design Process, brain-based learning and a rich background in the practice of innovation and collective creativity. Langdon Morris
Langdon is known worldwide for his work in innovation, strategy, and collaboration methodologies. Recent clients include Novotel, NASA, Total Oil, SAP, Gemalto, the Federal Reserve Bank, Tata Group, France Telecom, StanfordUniversity, the University of Minnesota Medical School, Cap Gemini, DuPont,Wipro, L’Oréal, Accor Hotels, and many others. He is Senior Practice Scholar of the Ackoff Center at the University of Pennsylvania; a Senior Fellow of the Economic Opportunities Program of the Aspen Institute; a member of the Scientific Committee of Business Digest, Paris, and a member of the Editorial Committee of The International Journal of Innovation Science. He has taught MBA courses in strategy at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris and Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires. Jay Smethurst
Jay has designed and co-facilitated dozens of sessions with businesses, government agencies, national design firms, and international corporations, dealing with such issues as new venture creation, strategic planning, process re-engineering, master planning, development financing, and curriculum development. His specialty is working with innovation teams to focus and prepare ideas for evaluation and investment. He has authored a number of articles on collaboration, intranets, and visual modeling. He now focuses on training executives through value-based executive development programs in innovation, creativity, and negotiation.
Chad Hostetler
Co-founder of Illumination Galleries and owner of White Oak Designs Chad brings a wealth of knowledge from more than 15 years in learning and development. His clients often refer to him as a creative tour de force as he seeks out every opportunity to make a big impact when designing and facilitating events that produce real results.
Christopher Fuller
For over 15 years, Christopher Fuller has worked as a graphic facilitator and is considered one of its leading talents in this unique industry. Capturing stories in real time with pictures and words for some of the most prominent companies and organizations throughout the world, Mr. Fuller has supported conferences and strategic planning sessions for a wide variety of industries covering a myriad of business topics and almost every conceivable organizational dilemma.
Since 1998 Mr. Fuller’s company, Griot’s Eye (www.griotseye.com), has provided strategic graphic recording services to corporations such as, Aventis Pasteur, Silicon Graphics Inc., M&M Mars, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Coca-Cola, and Disney Interactive Media Group. He received his degree in Visual Art from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
