Physician Assistant Collaborative Design Session

Investigating a Clinical Doctorate; Atlanta, GA • March 25-27, 2009

Friday Check-in

Jay: Good morning! How was the bar last night? Smokey!

My wife is keeping very careful tabs on what's happening here. She told me a story about a nurse mid-wife's son who was a PA working in England. Physicians are called surgeons there. The physicians are called Mr. and the nurses are called nurse and they had no idea what to call this guy so they settled on calling him doctor.

Please go back into the team you worked in last night and reconnect with your work. We're going to do a shift and share. Please pick someone to stay in your group and then we'll do three shifts.

When you visit the other groups please add things to their list of pros and cons and interestings and problems it solves.

You have about five minutes to get organized and then we'll do our first shift.
