Many companies have R&D efforts and market research data but not many companies have systematic processes for turning that research into insights.
The Workshop
Now offered around the world, this dynamic, and interactive workshop will provide you with the practical knowledge you need to begin transforming your research into insights that result in products and services customers want and need.
Using the EMM Group's unique and proprietary Insights Process and InnovationLabs proven interactive facilitation methodology, this workshop will produce a customized Insight to Action plan to turn your knowledge into products and services that meet the needs of your customers.

The Curriculum
As with all InnovationLabs workshops, each Insights Workshop is custom designed and could include but not be limited to the following:
- Exploring existing data in new ways
- Understanding customer motivations
- Developing a set of theories about the emotional motivations underlying customer behavior
- Developing a hierarchy of needs for target customers
- For participants to develop an “insight statement” to explain customer behavior
- Developing initial ideas for products and services that deliver functional benefits designed to meet the emotional needs of target customers
