Thank you for being here. For some of you this is the third day of this kind of process.

For me and for the rest of us we will have a better sense of where we have ended up after we have an opportunity to step back and look at all of this.

The work we did between the last event and now was helpful to us and the work we do after this will be helpful as well.

Our next convening will be with the Board. We're going to do two things with them.

Our board is made up of very smart engaged members, most of whom know little about the details of the current system of care, or what might be done to improve it. Our next meeting with them is a retreat at which we plan to educate them on these issues and test whether the models we have developed resonate with them as a group of people who do not have specific subject area expertise in the details we have been dealing with.

We will talk about some of the strategic decisions that need to be made. There are a lot of things up here on these boards but a number of things we haven't talked about here as well. Should the Foundation look at the role of IT in supporting this? Should the Foundation look at the model medical home? Should we look at kids and diversity?

We will spend some time with our board and we'll look at the best opportunity for us to make a real difference.

If the state is willing to partner with us on this 1115 process that might take precedence for us. It depends on how open the state is to having input. They might want to do this on their own but they don't have any resources.

As we all know a process like this is much easier to stop then it is to move forward. They need to bring some stakeholders along in order to move this along in a way that is successful. We could drive that process to look more like the model we talked about this morning.

We'll do some communication as well.

In the next few days we will put up a web site with the results of this meeting.

We'll send you an email to let you know it's up there. If you see anything there that is wrong please let us know.

Thanks again for being here!
