Located at the rear of the property on the second floor.
Best access is to park in the rear parking lot, accessed from the north side of the hotel.
Breakfast from 8:30 - 9:00AM; the session begins promptly at 9AM.
Because this is a participatory process, the InnovationLabs facilitators hope you will remain for the entire event. Please plan on giving your focus to the workshop for the full time, and lay aside all other work, concerns, and problems for the duration of each session. Please restrict incoming calls to emergencies.
Food
The workshop will provide
breakfast and a working lunch. Meals are integrated into the design of the event.
For any special dietary requirements or other issues that need attention, please advise Michelle.

Workshop
activities are interactive, so you'll be most comfortable in casual and comfortable
clothes.
Documentation
The session
is documented as it progresses, and the support team will produce a web-based
product from the content generated by participants during each day.

Car Service Provided: For those coming by air, when your air travel arrangements are complete, please send arrival and departure information to Michelle at either michelle.sazo@lpfch.org or 650-498-4310. Given the high taxi fare to the hotel, the Foundation has contracted with a car service to provide your ground transportation from the San Francisco or San Jose airports.
Note that foundation policy permits us to reimburse only for economy flights.

Directions
From San Jose Airport (approximately 13 miles - 20 minutes by taxi) and Points South: Exit the Airport toward 101 North. Turn right on Airport parkway. Turn right on Old Bayshore Highway. Turn Left on North 1st street. Enter 101 North and proceed 11miles (17k). Exit San Antonio road and turn left out of exit towards Los Altos. Follow San Antonio for 3 miles (5k). Turn right on El Camino Real. The Crowne Plaza Cabana is three traffic lights down on the left hand side.
From San Francisco International Airport (25 miles - 30 minutes by taxi): Exit the Airport and take 101 South for 23miles (37k). Exit San Antonio South / Los Altos. Follow San Antonio for 3 miles (5k). Turn right on El Camino Real. The Crowne Plaza Cabana is three traffic lights down on the left hand side.
