Abstract
To design a technology solution for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, BC, Bell Canada leveraged a Structured Collaboration process in its specially-designed Delta Centre to bring together diverse stakeholders and build innovative, comprehensive solutions. After winning the bid for the Olympic sponsorship, Bell embedded these collaborative techniques into its everyday work to complete their preparation for the Winter Games ahead of schedule and under-budget.
