Please plan on giving your focus to the Summit for the entire time, and lay all other work, concerns, and problems aside for the duration of the session. Please restrict incoming calls to emergencies.
Food
Meals are integrated into the design of the Summit. A breakfast buffert will be available on Thursday and Friday at 7:30am. Lunch and snacks will be served each day as part of the Summit.
Environment & Dress
Summit
activities are interactive, so you'll be most comfortable in casual and comfortable
clothes.
Documentation
The session
is documented as it progresses, and the support team will produce a web-based
product from the content generated by participants during each day.

Hotel Information

We have a block of rooms set aside for Summit participants. Participants should make their own reservations before September 10, 2009 in order to receive the conference rate. To make your hotel reservations, please call the hotel directly and mention you are part of the ABNS/CCI Nursing Certification and Competency Summit. The cut-off date to secure the special hotel rate is September 10, 2009.
Directions
The closest airport is BWI. It is about 20 to 30 minutes. Their is a shuttle called Super Shuttle which can be picked up outside your arrival gate. The cost is $13.00 per person each way. It comes to all the hotels Downtown. A cab will run about $28.00 one way.
Baltimore Washington International Airport: 10 miles - Start out going WEST on I-195 W for 1.1 miles. Merge onto MD-295 N via EXIT 2A toward BALTIMORE / I-695 for 8.0 miles. Turn RIGHT onto W PRATT ST for 0.4 miles. Then turn RIGHT onto LIGHT ST and end at 300 Light St.
Taking I-95 S to Baltimore:
Take I-95 S (John F. Kennedy Memorial Hwy.) towards BALTIMORE. Turn off onto ramp towards I-395 / Downtown. (go .3 miles). Merge onto I-395 N. (go 1.0 miles). Continue North on S Howard St. (go .2 miles). Turn RIGHT (east) onto W. Pratt St. (go .3 miles). Turn RIGHT (South) onto LIGHT ST. (go .1 miles). Hyatt Regency Baltimore is on the right side.
Taking I-95 N to Baltimore:
Take I-95 N towards BALTIMORE. Turn off onto ramp towards I-395 / Downtown. (go .3 miles). Merge onto I-395 N.(go 1.0 miles). Continue North on S Howard St. (go .2 miles). Turn RIGHT (east) onto W. Pratt St. (go .3 miles). Turn RIGHT (South) onto LIGHT ST. (go .1 miles). Hyatt Regency Baltimore is on the right side.
