Anyone interested or willing to share your reflections for the day?

Several years InnovationLabs and Bell Canada worked together to create a space not unlike this. This particular lab was built so that you couldn’t see the wires and cords. It was built for new products in particular. At the end of some session they created no product or service and it was something to celebrate.
Yesterday I was challenged at being a facilitator or and advocator. I am actually an advocate for one thing. As a facilitator I am an advocate for why I’m brought in here: to help you discover if the physicians can self-regulate. In the sense of the labs at Bell Canada and their ability to allow no as an option, I understand that this no is an option for you.
In the old days, we used to require that participants need to participate 100% or not at all. This seems like possibly not an option in multiple stakeholder events like this, but it’s good for you know the impact on the work and your results is palpable. The coming and going late or early has an impact on everyone here. I want you to make sure that when you say you want to own this process you know what that means. Your choice to participate or not has a result on the group. One of the things that we assume on the design of the activities is that everyone here wants to be here. We hope that the reason for being here is compelling enough for that participation.
In the light of that how many of you have to leave before 3pm? (half the group) 2pm? (almost half the group) 1pm? (a handful of people) Okay keep that in mind as you do this work.
Here are the groups you decided on yesterday with some adjustments by the sponsor team.
