Working in trios and quads, participants were asked to articulate their vision of the White Center/ Boulevard Park Integrated Services System in 2008.

Part B: Sharing

Participants then shared their visions with their new team mates.

Part C: Customer Viewpoints

In their new teams, 6 of the groups were then asked to describe their experience as one of the customers of the Integrated Services System in 2005. A seventh group looked at possible governance models for the system and an eigth group took a fresh look at the vision created prior to this collaborative session.
