Assignment
Round 1: Orientation
Context
Welcome!
We’re going to begin this evening working in teams of four people. The purpose is to orient all of us to many of the key activities and changes that the four districts have made since our last meeting.
Process
Please get into a group of four people. Each group of four should have one person representing each community (your nametags have a letter representing each community – W, C, N, or L). Then, as a group of four please visit each tower and interact with the people and exhibits there to learn about what has been accomplished in the last year. Then, provide your feedback on the white wall nearby by answering the question there. One of the stations contains models of the future the high school students build earlier today, one of the stations contains their ideas about what 21st Century Learning might look like, and one of the stations contains information that may be relevant to the future and what is coming next. Since there are a lot of people in the room, please look for stations that aren’t busy.
Exchange
Following this activity we will gather as a large group.

Welcome and thank you for coming tonight. As you’ll notice there is a lot of information on the towers in the back. We want you to take some time to absorb this information. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. Take 15 minutes and learn everything you can about our schools.
